Of the hundreds of Feldenkrais lessons that exist, some are considered classic. This collection of lessons represents many of these classic lessons and will provide you with an understanding and experience of the range and applications of the Feldenkrais Method.
While each lesson is the context for your learning, probably more significant is ‘how’ you do the lesson.
